Scott K. Logan, jd '80, was born March 24, 1955. He received his B.A. from William Jewell College in 1977 and then attended Washburn University School of Law. Logan is a partner in Logan, Logan, & Watson LC, a partnership he shares with his brother, also an attorney, with a focus on litigation. Logan has been involved in litigation and trial work for the entirety of his law practice. Starting out as a prosecutor, he shifted his practice to the civil arena where he has been involved in the defense of personal injury cases with an emphasis on the defense of professional malpractice cases. He has been lead counsel in more than 100 jury trials and trials to the courts throughout Kansas and Missouri, including various federal courts. He is also a frequent lecturer on litigation and jury trial tactics. Logan has devoted a significant part of his practice to alternative dispute resolution, including acting as a mediator in various personal injury cases. He has mediated cases throughout Kansas and Missouri; his emphasis is in resolution of personal injury and professional responsibility disputes. 

Scott is married to Pam Logan, a nurse legal assistant who also works at the law firm. Scott and Pam often travel to the Dominican Republic on health education mission trips. They have two children, a son and a daughter.
