David H. Moses, bba '76, jd '79, was born March 7, 1954 in Wichita, Kan. Upon graduation, Moses served as an assistant district attorney for the Sedgwick County District Attorney. Moses was appointed as the chief administrative attorney of consumer fraud and economic crime division in 1984. Six years later, Moses joined Curfman, Harris, Rose, and Smith, L.L.P. as a partner. Here he practiced as a criminal defense attorney. While with Curfman, Harris, Rose, and Smith, Moses became counsel to the Kansas National Education Association, with whom he still works. Moses founded Case, Moses, Zimmerman, and Wilson, P.A. in 1999. Moses is a seasoned lawyer who has practiced law in a variety of areas including criminal law, business law, consumer law, worker's compensation, personal injury law, education law, and school law. David is married to Terri, whom he met while working in the D.A.'s office. The couple has two children, both have attended Washburn University.
